Kelly Womack
President
Originally from Siskiyou County, Kelly brings over a decade of industry experience in manufacturing before transitioning into education. Her deep roots in the trades and passion for workforce development fuel her commitment to expanding opportunities for youth across Northern California.
Sabrina Marquez
Communications Director
Having lived in the North State for the past three years, she’s passionate about community development, storytelling, and engaging diverse audiences. Outside of work, she enjoys road cycling, playing sports, and exploring the outdoors.
Heidi Lange
Head Volunteer
Her extensive involvement includes service with Paradise Safe & Sober Grad Night, Paradise Parade of Flags, the PHS PTSO and CTE Advisory Committee, and the Bille Road South Firewise Community. Heidi is also active in the Rotary Club of Paradise, Paradise Elks Lodge, and Paradise Moose Lodge. After rebuilding her life on the Ridge with her son Zach following the Camp Fire, Heidi now owns multiple local businesses and remains deeply committed to uplifting the community she calls home.
Brett McGuire
Senior Camp Lead
She is a two-time camp participant and plans to attend Butte College to pursue a career in Advanced Manufacturing. Brett is also the proud owner of Maguire Steel, showcasing his entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to the trades. His leadership and lived experience make him a powerful mentor and role model for future campers.
